Brief Description

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

For applicants without Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, employment will be offered on condition of completing initial Maths and English tests to determine suitability for the course.

A Typical Day in the Role:

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including:

- Office coordination – supporting the daily activities of the office
- Data entry and record keeping – accurately updating systems
- Customer service – answering calls and emails
- Document management – maintaining up-to-date records
- Compliance and administration – helping to monitor key documents
- General office duties – filing, photocopying, organising paperwork, and helping prepare reports for management.

What You’ll Learn
During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain valuable experience and knowledge in:

Business administration processes and best practices
Office organisation and workflow management
Effective communication and customer service
Using industry-standard software systems

You’ll also work towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, supported by your employer and Skills4group.
